Diagnosis
A. Ovulation Test

Measuring of Basal Body Temperature: After ovulation, there is usually a rise of 0.5oC in body temperature and this can be measured. By monitoring the changes in body temperature, the ovulation period can be determined.

Cervical mucus monitoring test: When ovulation occurs, cervical mucus increases in volume and changes in texture.

Progesterone Test: The level of progesterone increases after ovulation. Progesterone Test is a simple blood test for measuring the amount of the progesterone hormone in blood that indicates whether or not normal ovulation has taken place.

Endometrial Biopsy: A procedure in which a tissue sample is obtained from the endometrium (the inside lining of the uterus) for examination for any abnormalities and dating.

Endoscope: Hysteroscopy to observe the uterus.

Laparoscopy: For direct observation of the condition of the ovary and oviduct.
