Zygote Intra-Fallopian tube Transfer (ZIFT)
The in vitro culture fertilized eggs are transferred into the fallopian tube by laproscopy when the two pronuclei are seen 18 hours after insemination. The fertilized egg would further develop and implant in the uterine cavity.
TUBAL Transfer
  1. GIFT: It stands for gamete intra-fallopian transfer. In which sperm and eggs are mixed and transferred into patient’s fallopian tubes by laproscopy procedure.
  2. MIFT: The Intra-cytoplasmic injected mature eggs are transferred into fallopian tube by laproscopy procedure.
  3. ZIFT
For all the above treatment, the basic condition is that patient need to have a healthy patent fallopian tube.
